Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the Lexiloot mobile application and the Lexiloot.app website operated by Bright & Epic USA Inc. By installing, accessing, or using Lexiloot, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the app immediately.

Eligibility

You may use Lexiloot starting at age 7. If you are under 13, you may only create an account with permission from a parent or guardian. Parents are responsible for supervising their child’s activity and ensuring compliance with these Terms.

Accounts

Creating an account is optional. If you choose to create one, you agree to:

• provide accurate and truthful information,
• keep your login credentials confidential,
• take full responsibility for all activity under your account.

Parents or guardians who approve a child’s account are fully responsible for the child’s compliance with these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations, repeated misconduct, fraudulent behavior, or security concerns.

Social Features

Lexiloot allows you to follow other players and gain followers. There are no direct messaging or communication features at this time. You may not attempt to bypass existing restrictions or contact other players outside the features provided.

Usernames must not contain profanity, impersonation, hate speech, or personal information. We may rename or remove usernames that violate these rules.

Gameplay Rules

Lexiloot includes single-player and multiplayer modes. You must behave respectfully and avoid cheating, exploiting bugs, or manipulating gameplay.

If you enter inappropriate or disallowed words during gameplay:

• your entry will be rejected,
• you may be removed from the current game.

Repeated violations may result in temporary or permanent account suspension — even if you purchased the app or made in-app purchases.

Intellectual Property

All game content, graphics, text, trademarks, and design elements are owned by Bright & Epic USA Inc. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal entertainment only.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or commercially exploit any part of Lexiloot.

In-App Purchases

Lexiloot is available as a one-time paid app. Additional optional in-app purchases are available, including virtual currency (“Lexis”), extra lives, hints, and XP boosters.

All in-app purchases:

• are processed through Apple or Google,
• are consumable and non-refundable,
• are tied to your app store account and cannot be transferred.

Purchases lost due to misconduct, bans, or device issues are not refundable.

Virtual Currency (Lexis)

Lexis are digital, non-refundable virtual items with no real-world monetary value. You may acquire them through purchases, leveling up, achievements, or winning games.

You agree that:

• Lexis cannot be exchanged for real money,
• Lexis cannot be transferred between users,
• owning Lexis does not grant property rights,
• virtual items may be lost due to bans, account actions, or technical issues.

We may adjust reward rates, usage rules, or pricing at any time.

Game Progress & Data

Game progress, achievements, and Lexis balances may sync across devices when you use an account. We do not guarantee that game data will always be saved or recoverable, especially after reinstalling the app or deleting your account.

Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

• harass, threaten, or abuse others,
• use offensive, obscene, or discriminatory language,
• cheat or manipulate game outcomes,
• attempt to access another user’s account,
• scan or test app security features,
• reverse-engineer or decompile the app,
• use automation tools or unauthorized software.

Violations may result in immediate removal from a game, temporary bans, or permanent account termination.

Disclaimers

Lexiloot is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted gameplay, error-free functioning, or compatibility with all devices.

You acknowledge that downtime, server issues, connection problems, or bugs may occur.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Bright & Epic USA Inc. is not responsible for:

• loss of data or progress,
• loss of virtual items due to misconduct,
• device damage, battery drain, or data usage,
• inability to access the app during outages or maintenance.

Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the app, if applicable.

Third-Party Services

Lexiloot may use services from Apple, Google, Meta (Facebook), hosting providers, analytics tools, and payment processors. Each service has its own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the actions of these third parties.

GDPR Rights

Users in the EU have the right to:

• access personal data,
• request correction or deletion,
• restrict or object to processing,
• request data portability,
• withdraw consent at any time.

California Privacy Rights

California residents have the right to:

• know what personal information is collected,
• request deletion,
• correct inaccuracies,
• opt out of data sale (we do not sell data),
• not be discriminated against for exercising their privacy rights.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Lexiloot for violations, fraud, misuse, or security risks. Virtual goods and purchases are forfeited if your account is terminated due to misconduct.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of Lexiloot after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
