Scope of This Policy

This privacy policy applies to:

the Lexiloot mobile app,
the Lexiloot.app website,
all related services, tools, analytics systems, and support channels.

Children's Privacy (Ages 7+)

You may use Lexiloot starting at age 7. You can play the core game without creating an account. We do not show targeted ads, do not build behavioral profiles, and only collect minimal information that is necessary. If a child creates an account without parental permission, parents may contact us at any time to review or remove their child’s data.

Information We Collect in the App

Optional authentication: email address, hashed password, session token, or third-party login identifiers such as Apple, Google, or Facebook.
Optional username: used only inside the app for gameplay and social features.
Gameplay data: game modes, progress, scores, preferences, and performance.
Device and technical data: app version, crash logs, operating system type, and basic security information. We do not collect precise location, contacts, photos, microphone data, or payment details.

Information We Collect on the Website

The website is intended for adults. Children should not submit personal data.

Form submissions: your name, email, optional phone number, and message content.
Analytics: Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Facebook Pixel for adult traffic analysis only. These tools collect device type, page views, anonymized IPs, and referrer data.
Cookies: used for performance and security, not for profiling children.

How We Use Your Data

To operate login and authentication features.
To save and sync your gameplay progress.
To improve stability, performance, categories, and game balance.
To fix bugs and maintain security.
To respond to support inquiries.
To analyze website usage for adult traffic only.
We do not sell data, do not use targeted advertising inside the app, and do not track you across apps.

Your Rights

You or your parents may request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time by contacting support@lexiloot.app or by using the in-app account deletion flow below.

Account Deletion

You can delete your Lexiloot account directly inside the app.

Open the Lexiloot app.
Use the footer navigation and tap Settings / the right-side icon.
Open Account Settings using the burger menu in the top right corner.
Tap Delete my account.
Confirm the deletion when the app asks you to confirm.

After confirmation, the account deletion request is processed and your account-related gameplay data is scheduled for removal according to our retention rules.

If you cannot access the app, you can also request deletion by email. Send your request from the email address connected to your Lexiloot account to support@lexiloot.app. We may ask for information needed to verify that the account belongs to you before deleting it.

Data Retention

Authentication data is kept while your account remains active. Session tokens are deleted when you log out. Gameplay data is stored until your account is deleted. Website form submissions are stored only as long as necessary to assist you.

Data Sharing

We share minimal data only with trusted service providers required to run Lexiloot, such as hosting, authentication, crash reporting, and analytics on the website. These partners must keep your information secure. We do not share data with advertisers or third-party marketers.

Security

We use encryption, secure token handling, password hashing, firewalls, and regular security reviews to protect your data.

International Transfers

Your data may be processed in the United States or other countries. When required by law, we use safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

Your GDPR Rights (European Union)

If you are located in the EU, you have the right to access your data, request corrections, request deletion, limit processing, receive a copy of your data, and object to processing.

California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)

If you live in California, you have the right to know what personal information is collected, request deletion, correct inaccuracies, opt out of the sale of data where applicable, and exercise your rights without discrimination. We do not sell data.

We may update this Privacy Policy as Lexiloot grows or features change. The latest version will always be available on this page.
